I live outside of the UK and wanted to order for my aunt in Bristol.
they were responsive by email (not reachable via social media) and my aunt loved her flowers. Paid £50 for a medium bouquet + delivery

We surprised our mother with the 6 little jam jar flowers and have been told that these are the nicest flowers we’ve ever sent her! Just what she would pick herself in the garden or on a stroll :)

Above and beyond customer service!

There was a problem with my order being picked up and Roots Floral Design couldn't get a hold of me. So they took it upon themselves to deliver it instead - free of charge!

The flowers looked unbelievable and they made a lonely woman very happy on valentines day!

I came in the other day in a rush for a present and the ladies were so helpful and friendly, and designed a bouquet for the occasion and in my price range for me to take away, it was a lovely experience to come here for the bouquet and I'm really looking forward to visiting here again. After visiting a few other florists to provide flowers for our wedding, we loved Roots Floral Designs! The staff were relaxed, enthusiastic, and incredibly helpful! We gave them some ideas of what we would like but left the final decisions on flowers and style to the experts. We absolutely loved the flowers for our wedding, they did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to help us make it a special day, they even managed to provide flowers with less than 48 hours notice when we had to change the date at the last minute. We would highly recommend using Roots Floral Designs!

Roots designed beautiful flowers for our wedding around 6 weeks before the big day. Due to Covid we did it all virtually but they stuck to our brief and made the most beautiful bouquet, corsages and button holes. We'd definitely recommend!

A little piece of paradise in Bristol! I've shopped here for years now and love it more each time I visit. Gorgeous bouquets and a stunning range of plants to take home. Sam is particularly lovely and is always happy to help with whatever you fancy. If you've not visited Roots before, you really should, I promise it will lift your mood and you'll leave with a smile on your face :)
