FLOWER DELIVERY BRISTOL

We are a Bristol florist offering same day flower delivery when you order before 10am Monday to Friday.

Delivery costs £5 and we deliver to the following areas by bike:

BS1 to BS16

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee delivery as far out as the following postcodes:

BS20 to BS49

Please call us on 0117 945 1820 to check availability for delivery to these areas.

** TIMED DELIVERIES ** Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a timed delivery.

** WEEKEND and BANK HOLIDAY ** Orders made on a WEEKEND or Bank Holiday will be delivered on the next working day.

Returns & T&C’s

Returns

If you feel that you need to return anything you have purchased, or there is a problem with what you have bought. Please get in touch at info@rootsfloraldesigns.co.uk and we will look to refund your item or replace.

Our returns policy is:

Any plants must be returned within 7 days

Any fresh flowers must be returned within 24 hours
